Pop-up Food and Drink Trial Begins at Ainsdale Beach

Waffles

If you’re heading down to Ainsdale beach over the next few weeks, you will be able to tuck into some tasty grub while you’re there, thanks to the arrival of two pop-ups on the beachfront. B-Eat on The Street will be serving up tasty treats from two funky shipping containers. One will be offering up fish and chips, with the other serving coffee, pastries and waffles.

The pop-ups are part of Sefton Council’s plan to provide more visitor amenities at some of the regions most popular coastal destinations. The Bus Yard, which was at Crosby Coastal Park and is now in Liverpool City Centre, will return to Crosby later in the summer after its runaway success the first time around.

B-Eat On The Street will be at Ainsdale beach from Saturday 17th July until the end of the summer, and The Bus Yard will return to Crosby from Monday 9th August until Friday 3rd September. Hopefully, if the trials are successful, this will mean that there may be more permanent food and drink offerings available at Crosby and Ainsdale in the future.
