Amazing Halloween Line-Up Confirmed For Fright Night At The Zanzibar!

This Halloween The Zanzibar Club will be putting on Fright Night — a new unique Halloween themed show set to take place to celebrate the spookiest of occasions on Thursday 31st October.

The eclectic line of bands, put together by Sound Stage, will showcase plenty of local talent, with the night being headlined by Manchester-based alternative rock band, Oceans on Mars, with support from a host of hand-picked local Liverpool bands.

Oceans on Mars

They have arrived into the music scene, heavily influenced by 90s grunge, and bringing it back into the life of modern music. Their first single release ‘People In My Head’ was recently played on BBC Introducing, Match Of The Day and the European Championships.

Hollywood Eyes

Cheshire based pop/indie band formed in early 2018. The band incorporate dreamy relevant sounds with words of angst. They achieved radio play with their single ‘All I Need’ on BBC Introducing.

Adam Jay

Adam, Ieuan and Liam from Liverpool love to write, record and perform live. They capture the essence of a liveshow with a mix of catchy lyrics and energetic guitar sounds.

Idle Lies

Liverpool based 4-piece indie rock band. Just 2 months after forming they won a prestigious Battle of The Bands. They have influences from a range of genres from ska to hard rock and are sure to bring a unique show.

Arcadians

4-piece indie rock band from Liverpool with influences from early 2000’s indie. This newly formed band are set to bring flavoursome guitar sounds to the stage.

The Kendo’s

Liverpool band with original guitar driven tunes. With a focus on live shows, they are sure to make the crowd move with their performance.

The best Halloween costume will receive a £20 bar tab (must arrive before 8pm)
