After the huge success of their first show just before #lockdown 1, Liverpool promoters Riverside are planning an epic comeback this summer in the form of “The Big Blues Bash”.
Taking place in the Grand Central Hall’s stunning surroundings, the ‘Big Blues Bash” promises to be a feast for the ears, with notable artists rubbing shoulders with new talent. On 17th July, blues fans will be able to enjoy performances from headliner Eric Gales (2019 Blues Rock Artist of the Year) and Liverpudlian Connie Lush. Connie has performed with several blues legends, including BB King. Not bad for a Liverpool lass! Joining them will be exciting new artists, Kyla Brox and Ben Poole.
It’s been some time since music lovers have been able to enjoy live music, a fact that event organiser Keith Dooley is all too aware of;
“The music sector continues to struggle through the Covid crisis, but here at Riverside, we’re determined to bring live music back to Liverpool.”
