Sabich is a new casual food concept from the team behind the popular Maray restaurants. Rotisserie chicken and mouth-watering sandwiches are the order of the day, all inspired by the Middle Eastern flavours that Maray regulars know and love.
Sabich is named after their signature sandwich, which contains a mixture of eggs, tahini, aubergine and amba, all served on a warm, delicious pitta. In addition to their flavoursome sandwiches, rotisserie chicken is the other star of the show. Cooked in a harissa marinade and served with a selection of sides, you will definitely find their succulent, juicy chicken hard to resist.

Duke Street Food and Drink Market will be open every day from 17th May for the first three weeks of the lockdown easing.
