Have any original ideas on how Bootle can get a boost? Sefton Council is inviting the community to give their views and opinions on how to make Bootle an even better place to live and work.
The council is planning to produce an ‘Area Action Plan’ which will identify areas in need of investment, secure new housing, provide quality open spaces and facilities and create more much-needed jobs. The plan is made by the people for the people, and everyone can get involved!
Regeneration plans are already going full pelt with Sefton Council’s purchase of The Strand Shopping Centre and surrounding sites. The aim is to breathe new life into the Strand area, and the local community will have a say in how this site is developed.
