If you’re in the mood for a night out with a difference (let’s face it, who isn’t!!), then look no further than a spooky guided tour around the darkest depths of Liverpool courtesy of the fab team at Shiverpool. Their immersive tours are not for the faint-hearted. If you’re brave enough, you’ll be lead by a spirit guide who will tell you gruesome tales of body snatchers while taking you to some of the murkiest corners of the city.
Tour participants will take in the Wellington Rooms on Mount Pleasant, St James’ Cemetery and Gardens, and even venture beneath the city streets to a ‘dead house’.
Shiverpool have been putting on their spooky, theatrical tours since 2005 and have even won the accolade of ‘Best Guided Tour in England’ by Visit England for their Hope Street Shivers Tour.
Their most recent Hope Street Shivers Tour is now open for booking throughout the year, and The Auld City and Dead House tour is taking bookings from 26th June. Just take someone with you to hide behind!
